This is one of several paintings of my refrigerator. As much as flowers, teapots and other ordinary items inspired hundreds of years of still-life study in Western art, contemporary household appliances also deserve considered attention by artists who spend time in the kitchen. In other words, celebrate the familiar.

There are so many possibilities for titling this one: I decided to let the viewer decide.
